Roger Nowak – Founder

Roger Nowak, Founder

Roger Nowak founded AXP Auto in 1997 with a simple idea: treat every driver like a VIP and never talk down to the person signing the estimate.

Nearly three decades later, that approach still defines the shop — honest work, clear communication, and a reputation built in Randolph and Braintree one repair at a time.
